When we die, don't stick us in the ground. Stick us in the fridge so you can enjoy this great recipe.

2 bottles dry red wine
1 cup of dry oregano
1 cup of dry basil
4 cups of red pepper flakes
2 cups of fennel seed
6 cups of sea salt
4 cups of cracked black pepper
50 pounds of de-boned, ground Loved One (no liver, pancreas or gall bladder)
40 feet of fresh casing

De-bone and render Loved One. Discard unwanted organs and skin (or use as bait). Discard unmentionables (you sick bastards). Grind all meat. Remove gristle and veins. Grind a second time. Place meat in sanitized bathtub. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly with red wine. Hand-stuff sausages (have some respect - no machines).

Grill over open flame. Please use charcoal.

Enjoy your beloved. Don't forget to say grace.
